Its hard to put into words just how delighted we are with the home you so beautifully built for us. We had bought a fantastic waterfront block and yet every builder we went to just showed us "off the shelf" plans that didnt suit our greatest asset, the water. Having spent the time with the company's designers we felt a huge weight lifted from our shoulders. You people knew exactly what we were after and designed it accordingly. Our sincere thanks to the to all the dedicated team for finishing ahead of time, for answering all our calls and questions and completed on budget too. Our home has been valued at $150,000 more than we paid and we think that shows Gold Coast Unique Homes are the best.

I am the proud owner of 'Porta Villa' which was built by Jim Taylor of Gold Coast Unique Homes. I have been in the home for over a year and it is the most amazing home I have ever lived in. It's the impecable design and construction and that wow factor that makes it so good to live in. Let me tell you about Jim Taylor. He is the most honourable builder I have ever known, with beautiful manners and a great set of values. Even a year later Jim still follows up to make sure we are happy. Their after sales service is second to none and any minor matters were fixed immediatly. We have been absolutely delighted by their workmanship, their services and the way they handled all our queries, even though we were in Sydney at the time of construction and the team from Gold Coast unique Homes had to contend with an existing swimming pool.
